Please be attentive to all of our communication so your company may be informed and your plan may remain in compliance with government regulations. Our communication may include information that requires a response by a specific date. - Provide your payroll/contribution data to your recordkeeping provider as soon as each payroll is processed.
- Provide required Year End Compliance data/forms to Dyatech for timely processing:
- Provide a complete census to Dyatech.
- Review Annual Testing provided by Dyatech.
- Authorize required Refunds/Corrective Distributions and return completed forms to Dyatech for timely processing.
- Review calculations for missed employer contributions and submit missed employer contributions to your recordkeeping provider.
- Review Form 5500 provided by Dyatech.
- Authorize Form 5500 and return signed forms to Dyatech for timely processing.
- Review and Distribute the Participant-Level Fee Disclosure Statement.
- Distribute Summary Annual Report (SAR) provided by Dyatech to participants.
- Review Plan/Participant statements from your recordkeeping provider for accuracy.
- Distribute Safe Harbor Notice provided by Dyatech to eligible participants.
- Review 70 ½ Report on your recordkeeping provider website, provide updates as needed, and notify participants that will receive a distribution.
- Maintain Plan Document compliance by timely amendments required by the government.
- Inform Dyatech and your recordkeeping provider of contact information changes.
