Retirement Plan Installation Specialist

This position is responsible for working with Financial Advisors and Recordkeepers to propose our 401(k) retirement plan third-party administration services for their client’s needs.  This position is responsible for the retirement plan setup and installation process, as assigned and directed by the client; develop, foster, and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.  The ideal candidate must be able to learn, understand, and professionally communicate 401(k) plan processes, as directed by the company, in a timely manner. This position directly contributes to client retention and client satisfaction. This position must perform administrative functions and provide outstanding internal and external customer service.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Three (3) or more years of continuous account management and/or project management experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to take full responsibility for assigned clients, communicate professionally (both verbal and written) with clients, collaborating with colleagues, and proactively assisting clients
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment to create high-quality services
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional and respectful manner, at all times
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically manage assigned clients and their requests, as well as attend to detail to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changes in government regulations and company/system processes and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, navigating multiple web-based applications
