Dyatech provides non-fiduciary Third Party Administration services. Our services include administration related to the plan, such as plan document, adoption agreement, summary plan description, Form 5500, amendments, compliance testing, and processing participant loan, withdrawals and distribution paperwork. Our services are specified in our service agreement.
Dyatech works with preferred Recordkeeping providers. Dyatech’s product is designed to meet an employer’s demand for unbundled Third Party Administration services. Dyatech provides Third Party Administration and Compliance Consulting Services while the assets are held with one of our approved recordkeeper providers.
Dyatech does not serve as an ERISA fiduciary with respect to your plan, and is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (“Advisers Act”) or any state law.
