The Distribution Assistant position verifies the completion of processes and manages the incoming retirement plan distribution submissions (paper and online).  This position will work in multiple systems that are web-based to retrieve necessary information and is required daily to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven workload, as well as perform administrative functions within the systems. This position will perform data entry, scanning and other related clerical duties as assigned.

• Three (3) years of recent, continuous office administrative experience
• Exceptional time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail to complex data
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe
