Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for greeting and directing visitors; answering
and directing phone calls; write and distribute email, letters, and forms; assist in
preparing reports; scheduling/coordinating appointments, meetings, and office events;
preparing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, training schedules, and other documents;
saving documents, communication, etc. within the appropriate electronic filing system,
and other duties as assigned. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant (or three years in an
    administrative role)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and web applications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
