February 20, 2012 – Washington's Birthday/Presidents' Day – Dyatech and Dyatech Payroll Services will be open normal business hours.

March 15, 2012 – Deadline for processing ADP/ACP Refunds, if applicable.

April 1, 2012 – Return 5500 Questionnaire to Dyatech Client Services Department.

May 28, 2012 – Dyatech and Dyatech Payroll Services will closed in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, May 29, 2012.

July 4, 2012 – Dyatech and Dyatech Payroll Services will be closed in observance of Independence Day. Normal business hours will resume Thursday, July 5, 2012.

July 31, 2012 – Deadline for filing Form 5500, if applicable.

September 3, 2012 – Dyatech and Dyatech Payroll Services will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

October 1, 2012 – Deadline for adopting a start-up Safe Harbor 401(k) Plan.

October 15, 2012 – Deadline for filing Form 5500, if an extension was filed.

November 22-23, 2012 – Dyatech and Dyatech Payroll Services will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Normal business hours will resume Monday, November 26, 2012.

December 1, 2012 – Distribute Safe Harbor Notices, Automatic Enrollment Notices, QDIA Notices, and other applicable participant notices.

December 25, 2012 – Dyatech and Dyatech Payroll Services will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday. Normal business hours will resume Wednesday, December 26, 2012.

Please note, we request that you process your payroll two business days before your check date or pay date. For example; if you pay employees on Friday, we request that you have your payroll processed by Wednesday at noon.
