April 1, 2010 – 2009 Form 5500 Questionnaire due to Dyatech Compliance Department.

April 2, 2010 – Good Friday.

May 31, 2010 – Dyatech will be closed on Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day.

July 5, 2010 – Dyatech will be closed on Monday, July 5 in observance of Independence Day.

July 31, 2010 – Deadline for filing 2009 Form 5500, if applicable.

September 6, 2010 – Dyatech will be closed on Monday, September 6 in observance of Labor Day.

October 1, 2010 – Deadline for adopting a startup Safe Harbor 401(k) Plan.

October 15, 2010 – Deadline for filing 2009 Form 5500 if an extension was filed.

November 25-26, 2010 – Dyatech will be closed Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 in observance of Thanksgiving.

December 1, 2010 – Distribute Safe Harbor Notices, Automatic Enrollment Notices, QDIA Notices, and other applicable participant notices.

December 24, 2010 – Dyatech will be closed in observance of Christmas.
